Our Bioscora antibody microarrays feature high-throughput technologies for the fast detection of protein activities, with the help of miniaturized lab-on-chip technologies. Antibodies and calibration proteins are arranged in 14 identical microarrays printed on a coated microscope glass slide. The proteins are labeled directly in cell lysates, using enhanced green fluorescence labeling reagents, provided in ready-to-use kits. Protein expression/phosphorylation is confirmed by their binding to the specific antibody, that results in the increase of the fluorescence intensity of the corresponding spot on the microarray. The experimental procedure becomes very easy and fast with starter/ready-to-use kits & the analysis software.
