We are an ISO 13485:2003 certified contract manufacturer. We develop and manufacture aseptic filling fixture that helps in introducing a sterile fluid to a sterile flexible container. This system utilizes a fixture and cap assembly & fully controls the filling interface with no user interaction required with the fill port. Our aseptic filling fixture is a secure method of filling a flexible single use container in a sterile and closed format. The aseptic filling fixture is designed to be as simple as possible to operate. The utilization of each of our components allows to accurately and aseptically fill a flexible bag. The filling fixture is designed to remove & reapply cap and is compatible with the choice of fluid metering system. For an aseptic fill, this same fixture can be autoclaved and easily fits within a laminar flow hood. We offer standard off-the-shelf assemblies for all disposable needs. The spike connector is designed to create a secure dispensing connection to the fill/ dispense cap. This spike is developed around two distinct concepts. First is an open/ close feature where the spike is twisted; this opens and closes the fluid path for a repeatable dispense. Second is a permanent application where the spike, once applied, is permanently locked to the cap. This is an added security when dealing with infectious or otherwise harmful materials. We offer a completely custom approach to all administration needs. We provide a custom tubing set which interfaces with the end use precisely.
