Adipocytes Products
Our Adipocytes are highly active cells with potent autocrine, paracrine, and endocrine functions. Adiponectin is a serum protein produced and secreted exclusively by adipose tissues. Unlike insulin and leptin, adiponectin levels in plasma remain constant throughout the day and are not acutely affected by food intake. Our Resistin is another hormone secreted by adipocytes that acts on skeletal muscle myocytes, hepatocytes, and adipocytes themselves, where it is suggested to reduce insulin sensitivity leading to type 2 diabetes. Leptin is the protein product of ob gene in mice and is involved in appetite control.

Annexin V apoptosis Kits & Bulk Reagents
We offer high quality annexin V products for fast detection of apoptosis in living cells. Annexin V conjugates are specially engineered to produce enhanced fluorescence signals and photostability. Our Annexin V assay is so simple, takes only 10 minutes. Results can be analyzed by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.

Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein
Our Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (EGFP) is a 29 kDa recombinant protein with Ex/Em = 488/507 nm. This green fluorescent protein was expressed and purified from transformed E. coli using a method that ensures high purity and maximal fluorescence. This EGFP protein is suitable as control reagents for expression studies.
Applications include:

Use as standards for SDS-PAGE
Western blot analysis
Calibration of fluorometers
Flow Cytometers
Fluorescence Microscope
Use in microinjection of EGFP into cells and tissues

Animal Origin Free Products
We develop the technology for large scale production of recombinant proteins under Animal Origin Free (AOF) conditions. Our AOF Recombinant Proteins are expressed from bacteria through fermentation and a full range of protein purification options. Production scale can range from milligram to hundreds of grams level. Our AOF proteins are used in bioproduction and pharmaceutical applications.
