Our non-starch carbohydrases are those enzymes, which are hydrolyze polymers, made up of six carbon sugars but do not include amylose & amylopectin degrading enzymes. We have a range of enzymes to break down starch, as well as some other naturally occurring polymers, that can be fermented to ethanol.
