Our lipoprotein probes offer the convenience of fluorescence or biotin labeled LDL. We supply lipoprotein depleted serum media supplement for specialized cell cultures. Our human low density lipoprotein is isolated from human plasma by ultracentrifugation. Human high density lipoprotein is ultrafiltered through a membrane and packaged aseptically under nitrogen. Lipoprotein depleted sera are prepared by ultracentrifugation in a potassium bromide solution followed by removal of the fraction with a density less than 1.25 g/mL.
