Profile: Kinexis, Inc. is a life science R&D company that focuses on soluble oligomeric conformations of pathologic amyloid proteins involved in multiple neurodegenerative and non-CNS diseases. We develop a technology that allows for the generation of antibody responses that are specific for soluble oligomeric conformations of amyloid proteins involved in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. We focus on the development of specific vaccine that avoids autoimmune complications, and diagnostic tool to determine the levels of the soluble oligomers in biological fluids.
