Our protein extraction & labeling kit is a non-denaturing method for extracting mammalian proteins. This extract includes cytosolic and membrane proteins representing all major sub-cellular compartments. The non-denaturing protocol maintains protein conformation and solubility. The extraction consists of three main steps, which include mechanically disrupting the cells, solubilizing the cells, and centrifuging the extract. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company.
